You can find a nice home in this area for much less than this average, it is just that there are several homes here that are mega millions. The name, Forest Hills, really describes the area. Lots of trees and hills. Simply beautiful. Another community just south of Forest Hills is Oakhill. Very similar homes but Oakhill is home of Radnor Lake. A small manmade lake that has wonderful walking trails and is a nature preserve.
