We moved from Albuquerque to be closer to our new grandson. Not being from Nashville we got Steve and Katherine’s names from our son and daughter in law. Steve and Katherine helped them with three real estate transactions and they were thrilled with the results. While we were still in Albuquerque Steve signed us up for HBSR and it really helped us learn a lot about the Nashville real estate market. Our wants in a home were special and through a lot of personal attention from Steve we were able to get moved into the perfect home in the perfect time frame. Joy Isom My recent selling and buying experience through Forest Hills Realtors was excellent. I initially met with Steve and Katherine for information about what the houses in my neighborhood were selling for to decide whether I wanted to sell, but I quickly decided that selling was the right decision. I was very impressed with their marketing materials and the experience that they brought between the two of them. Within 3 weeks my house was on the market. The first day it was on the market I had two offers. This was very encouraging, but a little scary as I had not found another house to buy yet. Steve and Katherine aggressively searched for the right house for me and they quickly found one that I loved. The selling/buying process was a total of 3 weeks. Amazing! Jeff and Jenn Woods We’re newlyweds and deciding to buy a home was a big decision. Renting seemed easy but it was hard seeing that money go out each month with nothing to show for it long run. When we decided to start looking we called Steve and Katherine because we knew they would take the time and not make us feel rushed to find something.
